Processing Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM (GST) on Friday or during weekends will be processed the following business day.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

• Standard Shipping (UAE): Estimated delivery within 24 hours.

All orders over AED 125 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates. No promo code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping charge of AED 25 will be applied for the orders under AED 125

Bahrain, Oman, Jordan , Qatar, Saudi Arabia

Flat shipping rate of AED 50

Delivery estimate: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or arrival date at contact@essensar.com. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
