Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

  • Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with the original invoice.

Branch Returns or Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange your purchase at any of our Aouj Perfumes branches.

Defective Products:

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced immediately with the same product.

Exclusions:

  • Products purchased using coupons or discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Orders:

  • Cancellation or Exchange: If you wish to cancel, return, or exchange your online order after it has reached "Delivery" status, the amount will be refunded minus a delivery fee of 30 SAR.

Return Coverage:
Aouj Perfumes will cover all return shipping costs in the following scenarios (provided the return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order):

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an order with additional products than what was paid for.
  • You received a different product from what was requested.
  • Your order is missing one or more products.

Legal Framework in Dubai (UAE)

Consumer Protection Law: UAE’s Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 ensures consumer rights, including fair treatment, refunds, and exchanges under certain conditions.

E-Commerce Regulations: Under Dubai’s eCommerce Law (Law No. (1) of 2006), online buyers are entitled to products as described, and discrepancies may allow for refunds or replacements.

Cooling-Off Period: Some retailers offer a cooling-off period (e.g., 7–14 days) for returns, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Additional Notes

  • Eligibility: Perfumes may be returned or refunded if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within the specified time frame. Opened or used perfumes are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • Procedure: Contact customer service with proof of purchase and follow return instructions.
  • Refund Methods: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method; some retailers may provide store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at contact@essensar.com with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale," including clearance or specially marked items, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
